The main course, in my opinion is always the easiest prepare, but the sides are a completely different story. For dinner or even special events it's always the same old thing, some sort of veggie casserole or steamed veggie, large salad with a variety of toppings and dressings and rolls that I typically cannot eat.
Incase you tend to run into the same problem, I put together a list of 10 simple sides to try out. All are Paleo, which means they're also gluten-free too!
