Now, before anyone starts commenting that protein powders aren’t Paleo, step back and don’t comment ;) EVERYONE has their own “Paleo” plan and does what they think’s best for them. If you want to give these guys a shot, which ya should, find the cleanest protein powder for you. I have been known to partake in some Formulx, while Lindsi prefers to use ViSalus Body By Vi (which I haven't tried). Do what you feel is right for you.

COMMENTS: Lindsi like’s to put a slice of Kerrygold grass-fed butter between each slice and top it with some honey, or nothing at all! Follow Lindi's cooking progress on Google+ or Instagram Flindsi
