SPICY CRAB CAKES W/ BUFFALO WING CREAM SAUCE

Only have 15 minutes to make a quick meal?  This is THE meal for you...lets do this!
Spicy Crab Cakes - Gluten Free
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 6oz Lump Crab
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning  (or a spice you like)
  • Buffalo Wing Cream Sauce
  • Coconut oil for frying (approx 1/2 cup)
INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl mix lump crab, egg and seasoning.
  2. Roll into 3 balls and press until flat.
  3. Heat coconut oil in frying pan.
  4. Gently place each cake into the oil. 
  5. Flip when sides become brown.
  6. Remove from skillet and place on paper towel to drain excess coconut oil.
  7. Place on plate and top with hot wing cream sauce.




COMMENTS:  This recipe makes 3 crab cakes, if you want more...multiply ;)  You're gonna want more :)
