Only have 15 minutes to make a quick meal? This is THE meal for you...lets do this!
INGREDIENTS:
- 6oz Lump Crab
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning (or a spice you like)
- Buffalo Wing Cream Sauce
- Coconut oil for frying (approx 1/2 cup)
- In a small bowl mix lump crab, egg and seasoning.
- Roll into 3 balls and press until flat.
- Heat coconut oil in frying pan.
- Gently place each cake into the oil.
- Flip when sides become brown.
- Remove from skillet and place on paper towel to drain excess coconut oil.
- Place on plate and top with hot wing cream sauce.
COMMENTS: This recipe makes 3 crab cakes, if you want more...multiply ;) You're gonna want more :)
